I'm thrilled to kick off our very first post by introducing the real bosses of the household (and business!)—Louie and Mini. These two furry bundles of joy aren't just my beloved pets; they're the inspiration behind our brand, which focuses on crafting clothing and apparel for fellow dog lovers who aim to give the best life to their four-legged friends.
Introducing Louie: The Playful Golden Doodle
Louie is a three-year-old Golden Doodle with a heart full of mischief and paws always ready to play. His energy is infectious, and he's never seen without a wagging tail or a playful bounce in his step. Whether he's romping around at his favorite dog park, Dog PPL in Santa Monica, or making new buddies, Louie embodies the spirit of fun and loyalty.
Known among the local pups as the 'Mayor of Mischief,' Louie can often be found in the middle of a playful kerfuffle or sneakily digging through bags that definitely don't belong to him. But, at the end of the day, he's all cuddles and puppy dog eyes, always ready to snuggle up and melt your heart with his sweet, loving nature.
Mini: The Sassy, Beach-Loving Maltese
Then there's Mini, our sassy one-year-old Maltese who may be small in size but has a personality as vast as the ocean she loves so much. Mini is more than just adorable; she's a pint-sized powerhouse of charm and spunk. A big fan of the beach, she loves to feel the sand under her paws and the salty breeze fluffing up her fur.
Mini looks up to her big brother Louie, following in his paw-steps with eager zest. Though she brings her own unique flair to everything she does, she's incredibly affectionate and always up for a game of fetch or a friendly race across the park.
Our Life Together
As their human, my top priority is to keep Louie and Mini happy, healthy, and thriving. We stick to a strict diet of natural food like Farmer's Dog, ensuring they get all the nutrients they need with none of the bad stuff. Working from home means I get to spend lots of quality time with them, whether we're taking breaks for cuddles or going on midday strolls.
Louie and Mini are more than pets; they are family. They remind me daily of the simple joys of life and the pure love that dogs bring into our homes. That's why I started Barky Behavior—to share this love and create a community where dog lovers can find products that celebrate and enhance our lives with our pets.
